About me

J’écris sur les RH comme elles sont réellement vécues ; sur le terrain, dans les équipes, au croisement des enjeux humains et business.

Ce qui m’intéresse, ce sont les pratiques concrètes et ce qu’elles changent au quotidien. La cooptation, partie prenante de la culture d’entreprise, la mobilité interne qui ouvre de vraies perspectives et l’engagement collaborateur qui ne se décrète pas mais se construit.

Je m’inscris dans une vision du travail en mouvement, où les organisations évoluent autant que les attentes des collaborateurs. Le rôle du contenu, dans tout ça, c’est d’accompagner ces transformations sans jargon inutile, avec exigence et curiosité. Mettre en lumière ce qui fonctionne, questionner ce qui coince, et surtout donner des clés pour passer à l’action.
