What does SaaS mean?
SaaS (Software as a Service) is a software distribution model. Its distinctive feature is that applications are hosted by a supplier or service provider, in this case Keycoopt, rather than on the user’s own machine. The latter is made available via a network, usually the Internet. The advantage: you have nothing to install, and the platform is immediately accessible and ready to use.
So you don’t pay for a license to use a specific version (as you might for the Office Pack). Instead, you use the online service by paying a subscription fee. In SaaS mode, you benefit from a user version that’s always up to date. You also benefit from personalized support, with free correction of any problems encountered.
What does a white-label solution mean?
We sell our solution as a white label. This means that our brand and the origin of the software are not mentioned on the platform. When you opt for our solution, the platform is completely unbranded. So you can take it over on your own, under your own brand, with your own platform name.
The platform will reflect your image, displaying your logo and respecting your graphic charter. This will enable you to have a platform that respects your image, reflects it back to your employees, and enhances your employer brand.
About our software
Does Keycoopt have an app? Or is it mobile friendly?
Our solution is Web Responsive and mobile friendly for the member space (= space for employees). This means they can access the platform from any device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.). They will also be able to access all existing functionalities. The interface remains the same, so they won’t lose their bearings and will enjoy an identical experience from one medium to another.
The recruiter area is not mobile-friendly. Indeed, for a recruiter, managing applications and recommendations, as well as posting advertisements, is more easily done on a computer, and is almost never done on another medium (as with the main ATSs on the market, in fact).
Can the platform be connected to a TTY or a multicasting device?
Our platform is complementary and can be connected to the main ATSs on the market, including Beetween, Teamtailor, Talentsoft, DigitalRecruiters, Lumesse and Eolia. We can also connect to other ATSs if required. We do all this while maximizing the recruiter and employee experience.
The same applies to multi-broadcasters. Our platform is connected to the market’s leading multiservice providers, such as Multiposting, Broadbean and Talentplug.
Our Keycoopt System software is a specialized cooptation sourcing tool, which can be used with or without ATS.

Is the platform multilingual?
Our platform is multilingual and benefits from modular and activatable language management. Our solution already integrates several languages: French, English, German, Italian, Polish, Dutch and Spanish. We have more in the pipeline, and can also integrate others according to your needs.
Is it possible to manage applications via the platform?
Yes, it’s possible to manage applications via the platform! The ergonomic interface makes it easy to manage recommendations and applications, just like a “mini ATS”. You have a dashboard with all the basic functions you need for effective follow-up:
- Update candidate statuses,
- Automatic mailings,
- Attach a CV to a candidate,
- Make notes on past interviews,
- Set reminders,
- …
Concerning implementation and animation
What kind of support do you offer?
When you choose our solution, you benefit from the support of a dedicated project manager throughout the contract. This extends from the preparation phase, through to the deployment and post-launch of your platform. Your project manager will provide training for your recruiting staff. He or she will advise and assist you in managing and using the platform, animating your community and monitoring your KPIS. You’ll also benefit from IT support.
Support is provided either through face-to-face meetings or telephone calls, depending on the case.

Can you process applications on the customer's behalf?
By choosing our platform, you are opting for a matchmaking and sourcing solution. We cannot process applications on your behalf. Only your HR department is responsible for the recruitment process and candidate validation.
Can employees also apply for jobs?
Yes !
The Keycoopt System solution enables you to communicate effectively on all open positions within your company. All your employees are kept up to date with your latest news, job offers and career prospects. Faced with these ads, they can recommend a person, share on social networks or by e-mail, but also apply themselves.
Betting on internal mobility is a truly advantageous initiative. It allows you to retain your talent (and therefore reduce turnover), find profiles that best match your expectations and recruit at lower cost.
Who runs the platform, and therefore the community of collaborators?
Is it easy to target the right collaborators/cooperators?
Yes, that’s right!
When an employee logs on for the first time, he or she is asked to select his or her areas of interest, corresponding to the geographical areas, professions and sectors likely to interest him or her, and also corresponding to the people in his or her network. They can, of course, fine-tune their interests at any time on their profile.
Thanks to the matching algorithm, recruiters can target their employees automatically for each ad, which will then be sent to employees with the same criteria as the ad. For each broadcast, they can also choose to extend or restrict this targeting if they wish.
This allows us to disseminate job offers quickly and efficiently, so as to obtain as many qualified profiles as possible without overwhelming employees with ads that are not necessarily relevant to them.

How are employees informed of new announcements?
In the event of new announcements, the employee is informed :
- Thanks to targeted e-mail solicitations sent by recruiters, it can deliver relevant content.
- And/or if they spontaneously visit the platform to consult the ads and/or the news feed. A “notification” system is also set up if the ad corresponds to these criteria
On the recruiter’s side, various actions are possible (and can be combined):
- Publish ads directly on the platform or via an ATS/multibroadcaster
- When an ad needs to be published, the recruiter has three options:
- Or it uses our matching algorithm to send out targeted mailings, taking into account employees’ interests,
- Or it can be added to the list of offers sent by e-mail on a regular basis (an e-mail sent every week/month, at the recruiter’s discretion, containing all the advertisements it wishes to highlight),
- Or it can be posted on the platform’s news feed.
