- Co-option
- Internal mobility
By launching Coopt’Station with Keycoopt, the SNCF is turning cooptation into a strategic lever for collaborative recruitment.

From local initiative to structured co-optation: the SNCF example ?
With constant recruitment needs and a variety of profiles to be filled throughout France, the SNCF needed a more structured framework to promote internal co-optation.
Although already practiced informally within certain entities, this approach remained scattered and difficult to manage at Group level.
By launching Coopt’Station with Keycoopt, SNCF has digitized its cooptation process and turned it into a fully-fledged sourcing channel, in line with its HR ambitions and corporate culture.

Harmonizing co-option practices within SNCF
Before we launched the ” Coopt’Station ” co-optation program with Keycoopt, there were a number of local, informal programs.
The SNCF was therefore looking for a digital solution that would enable it to meet 3 challenges:
- Diversify sourcing methods and improve efficiency
- Capitalize on employee commitment
- Harmonize and professionalize co-option practices
Impact of Keycoopt System
Prior to 2022, cooptation at the SNCF was based on local initiatives, often informal and disparate. To professionalize this approach and turn it into a strategic recruitment lever, the SNCF chose to rely on Keycoopt System and launch its dedicated platform: Coopt’Station.
- Result: a stronger dynamic, massive employee buy-in and a harmonized co-optation program from A to Z.
"You can't introduce co-optation into a company without a minimum of method. Keycoopt brought me this method, and I'm fully satisfied with it".
