Impact of Keycoopt
Initially designed for cooptation, Batkoopt is now the Group’s main recruitment platform. It can be used to publish advertisements for both internal and external candidates, receive applications from co-optation/internal mobility, manage recruitment through an integrated, customizable ATS, and facilitate employee engagement through a dynamic news feed.
Batkoopt is also an HR communication tool, enabling us to highlight new recruits, co-opters and collective successes, and to distribute key information to all our employees in 4 regions.
- The result: a lively, adopted program, and twice as many co-optations as before.
