How do you structure a co-optation process ?
With the health crisis of 2020, the Essendi group, a specialist in hospitality and hotel management, underwent a real HR upheaval. Recruitment freeze, overstaffing due to hotel closures, ad hoc needs during summer reopenings… HR tools had to be rethought in an agile way.
Initially dedicated to external co-optation, the Keycoopt platform was then entirely reoriented towards internal use, becoming a central lever for :

The health crisis caused a sudden turnaround in human resources management:
