Since 2015, the Keycoopt team has been bringing its expertise in Cooptation and Internal Mobility recruitment to its customers in order to provide them with the most effective solution, digital and collaborative, to meet their HR challenges.
At Keycoopt, we’re convinced that Co-option and Internal Mobility are part of the future of recruitment! And to make this a reality, the whole team has redoubled its efforts in 2019 and looks forward to building on this momentum in 2020.
1/ The challenge of digital cooptation is winning over more and more companies! To date, over 70 customers have placed their trust in us! Among those who have decided to make this bet with us in 2019, here are just a few: Banque Populaire Aquitaine Centre Atlantique, Caisse d’Epargne Hauts de France, CEGID, Norauto, Feu Vert, ACCOR Invest, BPI, MANTU, Carrefour, Krys Group, Société Générale Assurance, …
Opting for digital co-optation (VS traditional co-optation) and equipping ourselves with a dedicated tool have enabled our customers to achieve excellent performances again this year!
The Keycoopt solution has made it possible to :
– Facilitate their Sourcing: 7.7 recommendations are enough for 1 recruitment on average [1] (a threshold which can be much lower, for example at Techsell, only 4.9 recommendations are necessary). [2]
– Boost internal mobility: 28.29% of recruitments were filled by internal mobility. 3]
– Reduce recruitment costs: recruitment costs divided by 2 or even 3!
NB: [1] Average performance observed in September 2019 on all platforms deployed by Keycoopt System.
[2] VS 10.4 observed on the market in general.
[3] According to the HAYS Remuneration and Internal Mobility 2019 study, recruitment through Internal Mobility would represent less than 5% of recruitment for more than two-thirds of the companies surveyed.
Beneficial results within the first 6 months! 6 months after deploying their “Enjoy my Job” platform*, Norauto multiplied the number of employee referrals by 3, with a conversion rate of 33% (i.e. 33% of referrals lead to recruitment)!
*Keycoopt offers a white-label service to its customers. Internal mobility made easy!
OVH has made Internal Mobility one of its main sources of recruitment via its “Moov’Up” platform. 1 out of every 2 profiles received is an internal application! In fact, 69% of the more than 700 recruitments carried out on their Keycoopt platform came from internal mobility.
2/ Keycoopt is a solution that evolves for the satisfaction of its customers. In line with our commitment to continuous improvement, we are focusing on 3 main areas of development in 2019, leading to new functionalities.
1) Optimized reward system: Rewards are a key factor in motivating employees to join a co-optation program. Thanks to the new functionalities of our solution, recruiters can now define and organize their reward system autonomously (with reminders of payment dates, for example, or the possibility of defining bonus tranches, etc.). Employees benefit from greater transparency and visibility on possible rewards, with personalized (and automatic) tracking of those awarded to them.
2) Improved ergonomics for better application management: Aware that tracking applications remains a major challenge for recruiters, and that an application is not fixed to a single position, we have optimized application management: duplicate applications in just 2 clicks, optimize matching by refining skills when recommending, and facilitate secure internal sharing between recruiters and internal recruitment decision-makers.
3) Full synchronization with a new ATS: Digital Recruiters! We’re well aware of the importance of ATSs in the daily lives of recruiters, and especially of the complementary role we can play in the “Recruitment and Internal Mobility” area. This year, we were able to finalize the full integration of our solution with a new ATS: Digital Recruiters. This dynamic collaboration has enabled us to meet a need expressed by our joint customers. From now on, recruiters using this ATS will be able to benefit from our solution in a single interface!
(NB: other ATSs are also interfaced, so don’t hesitate to contact us).
2020, a sign of accessibility and ease of use! In the words of Keycoopt Product Owner Vincent LECOUVEZ : “For Keycoopt, 2020 will be a sign of ease of use and access (20% of the population has digital accessibility difficulties)! We want to make our tool available to as many people as possible (in all sectors, such as the hotel industry, service, construction, industry, etc.), and make it easier for “digital & no-digital users” to get to grips with it.
Our work will focus on supporting our users throughout their experience on the platform: from creating an account to validating their co-optation reward! Regardless of where they are or what device they’re using!
We will also be focusing our efforts on automating low value-added tasks, to help our recruiters concentrate on their core business – recruitment. Finally, with a view to further integrating Keycoopt System into the ecosystem of HR tools, we will be multiplying our partnerships with tools that complement our own, such as ATS.”
One of the flagship projects to be deployed from early 2020 will be Gamification!
“To make it fun for employees to use our platform in a guided way, we’re going to enable them toprogress step by step through the Co-optation process, with actions to complete and levels to reach.
How can we do this? Thanks to the creation of “intermediate” stages before the co-optation bonus through the award of badges.
Gamification adds value to the platform’s animation program and encourages employees to play the Cooptation game. It also encourages long-term commitment to the strategy. Aside from the fun aspect, it also shows employees all the possibilities for action via our platform.”
Our 2020 Vision by Antoine Perruchot, co-founder of Keycoopt: Cooptation as a lever for Internal Mobility“Co-optation is not limited to an employee recommending someone from outside the company. Co-optation can also be seen as a lever for internal mobility: for a given position, an employee can recommend one of his or her colleagues for internal promotion, just as a manager can recommend one of his or her team members for mobility.
This trend, strongly observed this year, will become even more pronounced, in my opinion, in 2020! What’s more, we encourage our customers to develop this Internal Mobility strategy simultaneously with their Co-optation program. This creates a strong synergy that makes their employees ACTORS in their company! Open up your co-optation ecosystem to multiply your chances!” Involving employees in the cooptation process is only the first step… because the potential is much greater! By integrating its entire ecosystem into this cooptation strategy, the company will multiply its chances of sourcing and recruiting quality talent.
Best customers, best suppliers, interns, former employees… so many people who know your company and could recommend talent to you!
This is the strategy Europcar has adopted, opening up its co-optation program to its best automotive suppliers and partners.”
