What is the GDPR?

GDPR, or General Data Protection Regulation, is the new European reference text for personal data protection.
It strengthens and unifies data protection for individuals within the European Union.
This regulation has replaced the current Personal Data Protection Directive and has brought many key changes that you need to be aware of.
It extends the scope of data protection law to all businesses, including non-European companies if they target EU residents.

Where is our data hosted?

According to Article 32 of the GDPR, taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing as well as the risks, which vary in likelihood and severity, to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, the controller and the processor shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including among others, as necessary:

  • pseudonymisation and encryption of personal data
  • the means to guarantee the constant confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services.
  • the means to restore availability and access to personal data within an appropriate timeframe in the event of a physical or technical incident.
  • a procedure for regularly testing, analysing and evaluating the effectiveness of technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of processing.

Cookie management

The Site uses cookies whose sole purpose is to record information relating to browsing on the Site (pages consulted, date and time of consultation, personal space connection data, etc.). The User may, at his/her discretion, accept cookies by clicking on the corresponding banner, or block the use of cookies by configuring his/her Internet browser accordingly. However, the User is warned that Keycoopt cannot guarantee the proper functioning of the Site and its services if such a setting is made. Cookies are stored for a maximum of 13 months.

How do we use your data?

The email address of the co-opters is used to send him job offers.
Concerning the data of the candidates we collect the email address, and either the Linkedin link or the phone number to be able to contact him.
The personal data of the co-opters are not public and are known only by Keycoopt.
These data are not resold for marketing purposes.

For what purpose?

This data enables us to offer you job vacancies that match your preferences and search criteria.
It also enables us to offer them to you through the communications channels you have chosen.
Finally, it enables us to offer co-optees a job opportunity following a recommendation from someone in their network.

How long is this data stored?

Data is stored until the member deletes it, or until the company in charge of the “member” database deletes it.
“Candidate” data is deleted 30 days after the candidate indicates that he/she is not interested in the recommendation.
